Talking about the status quo and development trend of elevator Internet of Things technology
The Internet of Things is based on the original Internet, connecting fixed objects through sensors and network technology into a connected network of things and things. The Internet of Things for elevators refers to the application of elevators using Internet of Things technology to achieve intelligent management. It mainly includes a data acquisition part, a data transmission part, and a central processing part. The basic principle is that the elevator receives relevant information through the transformer, processes the information, and transmits the information to the intelligent terminal for sharing and remote control.
With the rapid development of my country's economy, high-rise buildings are more and more popular, and elevators have become the most important means of transportation for people to travel. In recent years, my country has paid great attention to elevator safety. With the promulgation of the No. 2 revision of the elevator safety technical specification TSG T7001-2009, elevator safety in my country has reached a new height. But even so, elevator accidents still happen from time to time. According to the "Announcement of the State Administration of Market Supervision on the Safety Status of National Special Equipment in 2018", there were 31 elevator accidents in my country in 2018, and 22 people died. Due to the particularity of elevator equipment, even if an accident occurs, the accident information cannot be completely saved, which is disadvantageous to elevator emergency rescue, accident investigation, and elevator safety assessment. Therefore, the elevator Internet of Things technology is particularly important, and it is mainly used in elevator manufacturing and elevator supervision.
In elevator manufacturing, the application of the Internet of Things is mainly to monitor the running status of the elevator and upload the fault information to the network platform. For example, when a passenger is trapped due to an elevator failure, the network platform should record the elevator operation status at this time and feed it back to the network platform, so that the elevator management personnel can understand the elevator safety situation and notify the elevator maintenance personnel to come and deal with it. Afterwards, elevator managers can check elevator safety hazards through elevator fault information. Before the elevator Internet of Things was proposed, some elevator manufacturing companies have used functions such as information recording to facilitate elevator debugging and maintenance personnel to understand the elevator operation status. If a communication interface is reserved so that information can be shared and uploaded, it will become an object. The prototype of networking.
In terms of elevator supervision, the application of the Internet of Things is mainly to supervise the running status of elevators. In the past, elevator supervision mainly relied on the static display of the elevator information platform. After the introduction of the Internet of Things, elevator-related information can be uploaded to a smart terminal (such as a computer or mobile phone), and the elevator safety can be dynamically monitored 24 hours a day, and the relevant information can be shared with the upper and lower departments.
At present, all parts of the country are vigorously developing elevator Internet of Things technology. For example, on July 26, 2019, Linquan County held a hearing on the construction of a smart elevator disposal service platform and elevator Internet of Things system project to discuss the 96333 emergency rescue disposal system and elevator objects. The networking system uses the Internet of Things, cloud computing, big data technology, and makes full use of wired, wireless and other related resources as the transmission carrier to realize the intelligent supervision of elevators.
The elevator Internet of Things technology has been developed for more than ten years. At present, many places in China have actually used the elevator Internet of Things, which has played an important role in the current elevator management. In the future, the elevator Internet of Things technology will be further developed, especially in terms of integration with big data and cloud computing. For example, through dynamic analysis and big data computing, it is possible to know which local areas have the most elevators and which areas have high elevator failure rates. The development of elevator Internet of Things technology will further improve the elevator safety level and elevator supervision ability through technical means.
